Ennis 2010

ok.... so here are just a few of our Ennis pictures from this year.... It was a bit different this year for a few reasons... one, Dusty was here with his kids only, so I felt a bit lost being the only female of my "age' so to speak.. Chels was here with  her boyfriend Jeff, one of the pics is of him, and Bryce and Kaylee left a bit suddenly and totally unexpectedly, but that is not really something I feel inclined to get into at this point, it's a bit confusing and painful. Since this is my family blog I will just leave it at that for now.... Other than that it was a great trip. The first day it takes me and the rest of my family a while to get into the swing of a 6 day camp so we just kinda hung out and read books and got a bit hot... after that I was ready to hit the water and play because it was too hot to do anything different haha!!!! Kody and Bryce got some bogus tickets the second night we were there, one for something we had no idea we were doing wrong and the other for something they should have known not to do, but you know how it is.... almost dark, want to see if they can catch a big one, and cast where they shouldn't have ha but the game warden was watching and they got caught, needless to say it cost them some money...The kids had a great time in Virginia City at the candy shop and cking out all the antiques and then in downtown Ennis getting some souvenirs.. summer is my favorite and it always seems to go by faster than i would like, hopefully I can do some things with them that they will remember and want to do with their own kids and our family in the future.I've decided life doesn't always turn out like you think it will, and people seem to be much more judgemental than I have ever thought they could be!The older I get and the more experiences I have I realize that all I can do is the best I know how, and that if it is not good enough for some people then too sad for them, because I am a good person and treat people kindly and probably more fairly than they sometimes deserve. My problem usually lies in that I worry too much about what others think..        hope everyone is having a FABULOUS Summer!!!!!!!!!

the zoo spring 2010 and Wyatt's last field trip for 3rd grade

ok, so these pics are mixed and matched with the zoo and wyatt's field trip to the aquarium in salt lake. We have always tried to go to the zoo in the spring every year with the kids.... well since I can remember, so we went once again this year over memorial day.. show's that I'm a bit behind and that my posts aren't in exact order haha... but we had a great time. the weather was gorgeous... hence why we try to go in the spring, we spent the night in salt lake at a hotel that had a huge pool right in it, you can see it from the freeway... problem was everyone else with younger kids had the SAME idea!!!! it was so packed we could hardly swim around!!!! AND  then some little kid pooped in the pooll... ugh!!!! that was the end of swimming for us it was pretty gross and Wyatt was sitting right by the kid when he let it rip GROSS!!!!! Other than that little incident it was a really fun trip, the kids(paige and wyatt) had a great time at the zoo and to dinner and swimming for the weekend!!! Some of the other pics are from Wyatt's last field trip for 3rd grade. We went to the aquarium in salt lake and ck'd out all the cool sea animals they had there. Chelsea took the day off work and came with me, we followed the bus and met with Wyatt there. it was a lot of fun and we saw many sea animals, we got to pet the sting rays which at first Wyatt was a bit freaked out about!! But once he finally touched one he thought it was pretty cool,,,, slimy but cool!! We had a picnic at a nice park in Salt Lake and then headed home, it was a short field trip since it was on an early out day but we still had a great time.. Wyatt and myself were pretty happy Chels took time out to spend some time with us, it was a great memory for Wyatt!!!

...Bear Lake Tournament 2010...Champions...

We spent the last 3 days in Bear Lake(montpelier) Idaho at a Baseball tournament for Wyatt. The boys played AMAZING!!! They were undefeated the entire three days and won the championship!!! Wyatt was so excited, and so were we!!! He pitched so amazing and hit a homerun, plus made several other awesome plays!!! its so much fun to go and watch this group of boys they all get along so well and are such good ball players, plus its fun to visit with the other parents!!! while we were there we stayed with Karla and Cory(Kody's sister) who lives right there, so we had a great time hanging out with them also, Maddi and Paige got to hang out together and had a great time.. here are a few of the pics, I was kinda lazy and only took them on the last day-- i know shame on me-- one of the other parents and my friend takes lots of pictures of them also so when i get some of hers i will post more, i tried tonight after she was kind enough to send them on my sd card, but I'm a bit computer illiterat some days and today was one of them... Thanks jamie and sorry for all the confusion tonight!!! We were so proud of Wyatt and he was so excited to win!!!!!

..Spring Sports 2010.....

so far our spring and early summer has once again been busy daily with soccer, soccer, baseball, soccer, baseball...... get the drift!!!! although i love going to all of my kids sporting events and seeing them succeed at the things they love to do!! They keep my life busy and happy!!!! And of course they are amazing (i am allowed to say and think that due to me being their mom!!!!)

.jackson hole 2010..

we had a great time in Jackson Hole over Fathers Day weekend. Wyatt had never been and Paige was pretty little the last time we took the kids there. We are trying to spend time with our two cabooses doing some of the things we did with our older two kids when they were young. We had a picnic just past lunch counter rapids on the way there. Went on the Tram at Teton Village,we definelty were not dressed appropriatley for the snow and cold at the top of the tram, so even though we froze it was still a lot of fun! had fries in the Mangy Moose-that was fun for Kody haha. Then we went to the Bar J wranglers for dinner and a show. Went back to the room and swam. The next morning we went into Jackson and ck'd out all the shops. On the way home we met Kody's family and Bryce Kaylee and Chels at the cabins and had a cookout. It was a great weekend. I am so blessed to be married to my best friend who can always make me laugh-even when sometimes i think i dont want to haha(occasionally annoys me) who lets me know every day how much he loves me, who is the most wonderful dad and who makes me more happy than he will ever know!! Hope this fathers day was a great day for him!!   Also do you see the black eye Paige is sportin?? She got that the week before at Basketball camp in Dixie!!! She thought it was pretty cool she had a battle wound!!!
