ok so i have no pics of this but just wanted to jot down a few thoughts.. Kody and I went to Salt Lake for the weekend. To the sportsman expo. For those of you who don't know Kody is a HUGE hunting man. It has taken me some to time to be okay with this and sometimes i still am probably not, but i love him for the person he is and that is a big part of his life, so i am begining to really like this very manly side of him :)
What a great time we had!! To be at this point in our marriage and still absolutely love to spend this kind of time together for me is so HUGE!!! We had a great room, had a great dinner and hot tubed til it closed. then had another great day together!!!!
Chels came to stay with Wyatt and Paige and they had a great time hangin out and having pizza. Then to come home and spend time with my kids!!! I have to say right now in my life i am so thankful for my Husband and My Kids. They make life have such meaning and not a day goes by i don't recognize how lucky i am.. Well maybe some days when i have been at work and the house is a wreak and there is nothing ready for dinner i can for a minute forget. But i am so blessed to be a part of what i have and I love my family more than anything!!!
Chelsea this Saturday had tryouts for Iowa Western University for soccer, and was offered a scholarship, we are suppose to go see the schoool and talk to the coaches the end of February. For me as a mom i am saying NNNNOOOOOOO!!!! how could i want my daughter to live that far away from me!!!!! But i am really trying to be okay with it because she is so excited and realisticly what an amazing oppurtunity this will be for her, and i have told her sooo many times that "while she is young and unattached and can have these experiences she really should" wow can i just put my foot in my mouth haha!!! i will keep u all up to date on how it goes and how scared i am as her mom that she might really go and experience these things!!!UGH.. Other than stressing about my little girl ((HAHA))) moving so far away it has been a really great weekend at the roholt house!!! Bryce may have gotten tranfered this saturday we will wait to hear tomorrow where is is but to let everyone know he is only 4 months away from being home YYIIPPEE!!!!

Sounds like an awesome weekend! I love to be with my family also. It sure is nice having the kids a little older. You don't feel like you are just there to change diapers and break up fights. Every stage of life has its greatness, but the oldr they get you are more relaxed and enjoy every minute with them!
I know this is a dumb thing to say to a missionary mom, but I cannot believe he is home in four months! So happy for you guys. and way to go Chelsea, that is awesome.
I am glad you had a great weekend. That really is going to be neat for Chelsea. I can't believe Bryce is coming home in 4 months.... and just think school will be out by then! Thanks for all you do for us... you guys really are great neighbors!
